Dr. Antonio T. Uvas is a dedicated, experienced family medicine physician committed to providing comprehensive patient care. He earned his Medical Degree from the University of Santo Tomas in 1987. Dr. Uvas completed his first residency in Family Practice at Subic Naval Base from 1989 to 1991, followed by a second Family Practice residency at Warren Hospital in Phillipsburg, NJ, from 1993 to 1996.
Dr. Uvas is board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine, a certification he has held since 2018. His clinical interests lie in family medicine, where he focuses on delivering holistic and patient-centered care. Dr. Uvas is a member of the American Academy of Family Practice, which keeps him connected with the latest developments and best practices in his field.
In addition to English, Dr. Uvas speaks Tagalog. He is dedicated to building long-term relationships with his patients, emphasizing preventive care and health education.

Stefany Irizarry, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing high-quality patient care. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Grand Canyon University in May 2013. After graduating, Stefany worked at Banner University Medicine Center Phoenix on the Ortho/Trauma unit for eight years, gaining extensive experience in managing complex patient cases and providing compassionate care.
Driven by a desire to further her expertise, Stefany returned to school and earned her Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Phoenix in May 2020. She is board-certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) in Family Practice.
Stefany is deeply committed to preventive medicine and holistic care. She believes in the power of personalized care plans that promote overall wellness and the significance of preventive health and patient education.
